Returns & Refunds Policy

4) Non-Returnable Items

5) Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

7) Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, doesn’t fit, ordered wrong variant), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
8) Refund Options

Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
