1) Shipping Coverage

maisonfish Store currently ships to customers within the supported delivery regions shown at checkout. If your address is not eligible, you will see that during checkout.

2) Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

We offer a simple, predictable shipping fee:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $4.95 per order (applied at checkout)

No hidden handling fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

3) Tax Policy

  • Sales Tax: 0%
    We do not charge sales tax at checkout.

(If your payment provider/bank applies any fees, that’s outside our control.)

4) Order Cut-Off Time

To keep processing fast and consistent:

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT)
    Orders placed before the cut-off begin processing the same business day.
    Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the next business day.

5) Processing Time (Preparation)

Processing includes order confirmation, item preparation, packaging, and handing off to the carrier.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Business days = Monday–Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays).

6) Shipping Time (Transit)

Once your order is handed to the carrier:

  • Shipping Time: 9–10 business days

Delivery speed may vary slightly based on destination, carrier capacity, and weather conditions.

7) Total Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time = Processing + Shipping

  • Total: 10–12 business days

This is the standard expectation customers should use when ordering.

8) Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided when available.

  • You will receive tracking updates via email after your order ships.

If tracking doesn’t update immediately, it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier system to refresh.

9) Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional fees may apply for reshipment.
